What data I process and why
- Email: if you write to me, I use your name, email and message only to reply. Legal basis: your consent when contacting me.
- Comments: if you comment on the blog, your name, email, website (optional), comment and IP address are stored to publish it and prevent spam. Legal basis: your consent.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated browsing data so I know which content is read. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Technical logs: the server temporarily stores technical data (IP, browser) for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
How long I keep it
Emails, for as long as needed to handle your request. Comments, while they are published or until you ask for their removal. Analytics data, according to Google Analytics settings (maximum 14 months).
Who it is shared with
I do not sell or share your data. Only the providers needed to run the site have access: the hosting provider and, if you accept, Google (Analytics), which may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@nachoconesa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
